The DSC507C is a completely self-contained data set compatible with ATT#43401 and Bell Canda's "Specifications for connectors to priSales taxe line metallic circuits". Asynchronous data transmission up to 19,200 bps may be obtained using two non-loaded, metallic twisted pair cables with D.C. continuity, High common mode rejection and protection against high transient voltages are provided at the line terminals. No power cords, batteries or EIA test voltages are required as the unit is powered completely by the EIA data and control signals.

The DS507C is compatible with Develcon's DS511A, DS513 and DS515 series as well as the 9115 and 9116 Develswitch SLIM's.
